Over the past two weeks, I somehow found myself in places where Spring decided to play extremely hard to get. In Stockholm, everyone we met apologized for the terribly cold weather. The week before we arrived, Spring was giving its all, but we hit a Winter snapback. London also chose to be chilly and rainy, asking us to bundle and buy waterproof coats.
